Measure Tech

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations
• Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
• Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
• Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
• Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers
• Report to the Assistant Market Manager

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Reliable Transportation
• High school diploma and/or GED
• 1+ years of previous related work experience
• No previous leadership experience required
• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
• Travel between locations required

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to efficiently manage in-home measure appointments while maintaining accurate measurements and calculations. Capable of building and improving customer relationships and collaborating effectively with team members.
