V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring Senior Project Manager for our premier client in Frankfort, Kentucky.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of federal or state accounting budget, revenue, expenditure, and operational processing work experience.
• 3+ years of data tracking, reporting, and/or data validation.
• 3+ years of documenting, reviewing, improving, and communicating business processes.
• 3+ years of accounting operational processing or budget development, including analyzation and recommendation for remaining budgets based on historical spending and research.
• Experience developing documents based on information obtained through multiple subject matter experts and research.

• Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including pivot tables and comparing multiple data sources using Excel).

• Leadership & Staff Management: Lead and supervise a team of business analysts, accountants, and professional staff responsible for complex financial and accounting operations.
• Financial Oversight & Compliance: Oversee the preparation, review, and maintenance of complex accounting systems and financial reports.
• Systems & Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on eMARS accounting functions, including obtaining access and chart of accounts.
• Systems & Technical Expertise: Monitor IT-related expenditures and revenues across interconnected systems and applications.
