Program Analyst-Title

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST-TITLE 5, Position Description Number PDT
5615P01 and is part of the KY USPFO, National Guard.

Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level through federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the knowledge and experience in organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management. Experience with resource management programs, fiscal law, budgeting and accounting procedures. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and resolving conflicts between local and higher regulations and the division to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.

Experience properly identifying, maintaining, and protecting official records.
