A Kentucky-based healthcare provider is seeking an Intake Registered Nurse to join their team in Frankfort. This critical role focuses on completing patient assessments and supporting elderly participants entering the PACE program. The successful candidate will have a nursing license, strong assessment and communication skills, and experience working with the frail elderly. This position requires a collaborative attitude within a multi-disciplinary team.

Enjoy a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
