As an Orthopedic Clinical Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced orthopedic physicians and clinical professionals, providing compassionate care while helping patients recover from injuries, regain mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. Requirements What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience
  • Escort patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and imaging
  • Obtain and document vital signs
  • Prepare patients for provider examinations
  • Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient flow
  • Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies
  • Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits
  • Support clinic operations through opening and closing duties
  • Perform other responsibilities that contribute to excellent patient care
What You'll Learn

Working at OIP provides hands-on exposure to orthopedic medicine while building valuable clinical skills, including:

  • Patient assessment and communication
  • Medical documentation
  • Orthopedic injuries and treatments

    Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Clinical workflow in a specialty practice
  • Professional collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Desire to learn and grow in a healthcare career
Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy, Athletic Training, or similar healthcare experience
  • Students or graduates pursuing healthcare careers
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
