Supervisor – Patient Accounts

• Supervise the day-to-day work of insurance billing team(s)
• Ensure accurate and timely billing processes for patient accounts
• Supervise billing staff
• Ensure compliance with regulations, hospital policies, and healthcare industry standards
• Work with the manager and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Improve revenue cycle efficiency
• Maintain efficient operational workflow for insurance accounts receivable management
• Oversee billing operations
• Provide training and development

• Review key billing reports
• Monitor performance

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient financial services or healthcare billing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
