As a Dietary Manager at Meadow Falls of Madison, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of dining experiences for our residents. Located in Madison, OH, our senior living community offers a range of care options, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult Day, and Respite Care. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dietary Manager to lead our culinary team. As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for our residents, ensuring that all dietary needs are met and exceeded.

• Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals, including menu planning, food purchasing, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and dietitians
• Coordinate with other departments, including nursing, activities, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation, and implement improvements as needed
• Manage food budgets, inventory, and supplies
• Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure personalized dietary needs are met

• 2+ years of experience in a dietary or culinary role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in food service management, nutrition, or a related field preferred
