Hotel General Manager

We’re hiring a Hotel General Manager for a select-service hotel near Dayton, Ohio. This is a great fit for an experienced hotel leader who can oversee daily operations, develop teams, drive financial performance and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage when applicable
• Ensure brand standards, company policies and regulatory requirements are consistently followed
• Manage budgets, forecasts, labor costs and operating expenses
• Lead, coach and develop department leaders and hotel staff
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
• Partner with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Analyze market and competitor trends to support pricing and promotional strategies
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel management experience
• Experience with Hilton or Marriott brands preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills
• Hands-on management style with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively across hotel departments

• Starting salary of $85,000 plus bonus opportunities
