Job Description- Lead and direct a maintenance team consisting of 1 Maintenance Supervisor and 6 Technicians across two shifts
- Drive plant equipment uptime by implementing proactive maintenance strategies and support programs
- Oversee and manage capital improvement projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate with outside contractors for facilities and grounds maintenance activities
- Engineering degree required
- Demonstrated maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with CAPEX project management and execution
