Broad Bean is seeking a Training Supervisor to oversee the training program, assess needs, plan and implement learning initiatives, and track progress. You will work with management to foster a learning culture and ensure associates have the tools and knowledge to perform their jobs.
Responsibilities include onboarding, updating training plans, scheduling off-line classes, maintaining materials, and coordinating with HR for training records.
