Bilingual Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a bilingual English/Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our growing automotive and battery operations. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the recruiting process from job posting through offer
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide hiring updates
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• HR or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and business practices
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome

Preferred: Technical recruiting or experience in the automotive, EV, or battery industry.

• This role will focus on the Glendale, KY site (this is onsite).
• There will be a 6-month training in Marshall, MI.
• Relocation package is around $6,000 to $7,000 for candidates who will relocate to the Glendale, KY site
