Job DescriptionWe have one open position in the Field Services Branch - Frankfort for a desktop support technician. The position will be located at 275 East Main Street, Frankfort KY 40601. The technician will provide support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort.
Preferred candidate qualifications include:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
- Experience in ticketing software (preferably Service Now)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hardware and software experience
