TCI has an immediate need for a Hybrid .NET Developer in Frankfort, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity with probable extensions.
This is not a C2C opportunity. Candidate must reside in Kentucky and have the ability to work on-site.

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement large-scale n-tiered web-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Responsibilities include systems analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of web application programs, services, and data interfaces.
• Collaborate with analysts to implement enhancements and/or new applications.
• Work with technical teams to determine and justify a solution approach that maximizes customer value through workflow, production, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.
• Work with the project team on task creation and estimation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with project/business stakeholders and users.
• Research and resolve questions about the defined work, bugs, and technical roadblocks.
• Understand current ('as-is') and target ('to-be') business processes to ensure alignment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle.
• Experience with MVC, Razor, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of RESTful API, JSON, XML, Service-Oriented Architecture, web services.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dynamics 365.
• Experience with iTextSharp, RDLC, or similar report generation tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, able to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile processes.
• Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must reside in Kentucky.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
