QA​/Business Analyst

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, test data and tangible quality measures.

Review test cases and test results produced by testers.

Reviewall testing and Design documentation.

Perform User Acceptance Testing in accordance with approved test plans and research unexpected results and perform Root cause analysis on UAT and production defects.

Execute manual test plans and perform web application testing on mobile.

Create,update and execute UAT SQL queries for reports testing and other testing activities.

Document all test results in the appropriate format

Logall defects discovered during UAT

Deliver and maintain a mutually agreed upon UAT project plan (resources, training schedule, documentation review, eligibility training) to team.

Resolve conflicts, issues and triage with other teams to resolve issues.

Workingas Subject matter expert (SME) for Medicaid, Medicare systems.

Workingas SME for Interface testing modules for IEES (Integrated eligibility andenrollment system).

Support application releases/project go-live. Salary $103,000/yr+/DOE

Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science or Engineering Field

5+year Experience Software QA testing

5+years experience with Functional testing, Integration testing, System Testing

Experience with Medicaid/Medicare eligibility systems is a must

Prioruse of XML, MS Office, and Soap UI

Experience with UAT execution, SQL, SOAP, JIRA, and Microsoft MTS

Excellent written andverbal communications skills
