This role supports products and features tied to the modernization of specialty pharmacy in patient engagement. The Product Manager will shape the evolution of legacy pharmacy platforms into a scalable, integrated, digital‑first ecosystem, driving strategy, defining and prioritizing features, and partnering with engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and pharmacy performance.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals.
• Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to maintain quality, transparency, and alignment.

• Experience in pharmacy or highly regulated environments.
• Experience in customer engagement through digital experience design.
• Experience working on data, analytics and reporting projects.
• Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, QA, Design, and Dev Ops teams.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, aligning business and technical stakeholders.

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification.
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi‑team delivery environments.
• Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
• Background in technical domains such as software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics.
• Experience working on pharmacy projects.

Estimated range: $70,800.00 – $
