Ability to learn and utilize the KY Driver's License Information System (KDLIS)/IDEMIA issuance program and read and interpret a driver's history record.
Knowledge of Driver Licensing laws and policies.
Knowledge of Commercial Driver Licensing laws and licensing processes.
Advise applicants on their questions and concerns related to driver licensing.
Overtime may be necessary, up to 10 hours per week.
Evening or Saturday hours may be required on occasion.
Learn information & technology requirements for KY driver's license laws and driver's license issuance. Work closely on performance, goals, and conflict resolutions with IT staff.
Provide IT and software trouble-shooting support to both Central and Regional Offices.
Assist RMA's with obtaining system credentials for both Central and Regional employees.
Make recommendations on process/system improvements to management.
Responsible for all content of the division website.
Assist with facial recognition database in back office, attend monthly tech meetings with REAL /Idemia.
Distribute division correspondence to all employees.
Assist the RMA with handling duties assigned by RMA.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Graduate of a college or university with a Bachelor's Degree; or graduate of a college or university with an Associate's Degree; or administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
At least 2+ years of computer technology experience.
