You need to work with a team of skilled professionals to address complex problems, when needed. The role assumes standby monitoring and investigation duties.

• Real timemonitoringfor possible security.
• Detects and analyzesnetwork anomalies considered to be Events of Interest (EOI)
• Ensures compliance with organizationalsecurity rules and standards
• Delivers appropriatereportsby collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Coordinates with L2/L3and/or Duty Manager for high priority incidents
• Conducts research to keep abreast of latest security issues
• Monitor system health and data feeds
• Primary contact pointof SOC for opened cases support
• Threat intelligenceplatform monitoring
• Incident responsefor specific range of customers
• Abuse e-mailanalysis

• Prior experience as a security analyst is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Security, ICT, Networkingor any other relevant field
• Fluency both in Greek and English languages, oral and written

• Knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows systems
• Solid background in the following:
  1) Networking and associated protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, OSI model etc.)
  2) Information Security (Security standards and practices, Security technologies, Security Monitoring, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Threat landscape e etc.)
• Hands-on experience withSIEM - IBM QRadaris highly desirable
• Relevantcertificationsconsist a strong asset (e.g. Security+, Netowrk+, CySA+)
• Understanding or knowledge of software programming with scripting language sis beneficial

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• The role mandates to work ethically, with high degree of integrity, confidentiality and appropriate use of information
• Very good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently
