• Perform complex systems analysis for major Automated Information Systems (AIS) projects, identifying and proposing solutions for errors and functional gaps in business system requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and development teams. Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements using methods such as interviews, workshops, prototyping, and on-site observation.
• Evaluate customer change requests and legacy processes to identify opportunities for BPR, enhancing efficiency and maximizing the business value delivered by the Enterprise Business System (EBS).
• Conduct level-of-effort and impact analyses for system fixes, enhancements, and change requests to inform project planning, budgeting, and implementation schedules.
• Advise Project Managers on the selection, evaluation, and integration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software to meet DLA mission requirements.
• Collaborate with representatives from DLA, the Department of War (DoW), and military services during business planning sessions to ensure AIS solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute automated test plans and scripts using modern toolsets to validate that newly developed capabilities meet functional requirements and quality standards....

To qualify for an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) your resume and supporting documentation must support:

• Specialized
  
  Experience:
  
  One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-09 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
  
  To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
