Senior IT Project Manager​/Business Analyst

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst for our premier client in Frankfort, Kentucky
.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale Information Technology projects.
• Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software development projects.
• Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow diagrams.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change management.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid software development projects.
• Experience facilitating business requirements sessions with executive leadership and business users.

• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and business signoff.
• Assist with data migration planning, data validation, and business readiness activities.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and facilitate end-user training sessions.
• Coordinate change management and organizational readiness activities to support successful implementation.

• Candidates having experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud projects.
• Experience managing Digital Transformation initiatives.
