Compliance Clerk

Randstad isseeking a detail-oriented Compliance Logistics Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will oversee outbound customer shipments, manage critical inventory status reports, and ensure accurate KPI tracking using Power BI. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations and management to reconcile discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and support daily administrative functions. • Outbound Logistics & Operations: Coordinate and process outbound shipments according to customer requirements and inventory levels. Audit outgoing shipments for JDE conformance and inspect shipping lanes for customer pickups.
• Report Management & Reconciliation: Maintain ownership of the 560, 999, Daily Dock, and Staging Dock reports. Investigate and reconcile all status discrepancies and remove inventory from M Hold Status.
• Dashboard & KPI Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and reconcile Power BI dashboards to ensure KPI accuracy. Report inventory insights and findings directly to warehouse management.
• Administrative & Communication: Monitor emails and team communications for urgent customer shipping updates. Manage digital record retention for warehouse shipping documents using SharePoint, and support physical inventory audits.
