Our client, a leading metal stamping company with a reputation for world-class quality and innovation, is searching for a driven and results-oriented Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of their Kentucky facilities. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 225+ across stamping, forming, assembly, and powder coating operations.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all plant functions for our client, including planning, scheduling, production, maintenance, quality control, and more.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize profitability for our client.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead change management efforts at our client's facilities.
• Build a strong, collaborative team with a focus on employee development at our client's plant.
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment through robust safety protocols at our client's location.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive operational excellence for our client.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations in a metal stamping environment.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement programs in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships across departments.
