Director of Operations

Role Purpose

Own plant results by leading production, maintenance, and facility operations, driving safe, efficient, and reliable execution through discipline, scalability, and continuous improvement.

• Drive on-time production and capacity execution
• Lead safe, compliant operations in partnership with EHS
• Implement Lean daily management and problem-solving discipline
• Own cost, productivity, and budget performance
• Ensure process reliability, maintenance, and uptime
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team
• Lead with data: KPIs, accountability, and execution rigor
• Partner cross-functionally (Quality, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Finance)
• Support labor relations and workforce alignment

• Proven ability to run a plant and deliver results (safety, delivery, cost)
• Strong execution mindset: turns plans into outcomes
• Experience driving operational stability and performance improvement
• Comfortable leading in fast-paced, variable-demand environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience leading multi-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance)

• Hands-on leadership with strong floor presence
• Structured problem solving and process discipline
• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment
• Safety-first mindset embedded in daily operations
