Make a lasting impact on the heart of Ohio’s farm communities by stepping into the vital role of Program Manager for the Ohio Agriculture Mental Health Alliance.
Th position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serves as the Program Administrator for the Ohio Agriculture Mental Health Alliance & acts as the primary coordinator & strategic lead for statewide behavioral health initiatives focused on Ohio’s agricultural & rural communities
- Acts as the ODA representative & leads collaboration among ODA, Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, mental health partners, agricultural industry groups, local ADAMH boards, & community stakeholders to advance the Alliance’s strategic priorities
- Prioritizes advancing awareness, improving access to services, & strengthening support systems that enhance behavioral health outcomes across the state
- Provides staff support to the Ohio Agriculture Mental Health Alliance, including meeting coordination, project tracking, & communication among partners
- Supports development & implementation of statewide strategies aimed at improving behavioral health awareness & outcomes in rural & agricultural communities by utilizing strategic coordination & stakeholder engagement
- Oversees & implements a statewide behavioral health awareness & education campaign, ensuring messaging is culturally relevant & accessible to agricultural audiences
