Section Manager – Operations

• Manage daily activities for a functional area through team leaders and/or section supervisors
• Ensure the area is adequately staffed and personnel are trained
• Review and recommend new methods and procedures to improve efficiency
• Plan and schedule activities within the area of responsibility
• Coordinate activities with other areas as required
• Resolve complex working problems
• Prepare, maintain, and/or monitor reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Ensure quality of service levels are maintained
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years experience as team leader or supervisor
• Loan Documentation Experience
• Must be located in either the Park Central Dallas, Texas or Gateway, Columbus, Ohio corporate offices
