Kyivstar is seeking a Program Manager to join the Project Management Office to run strategic programs end-to-end, including scoping, planning, resources allocation, implementation and launch, while collaborating with business owners and technical teams to align scope, schedule and budget.
You will lead cross-functional, multinational teams, mentor project managers, monitor progress, manage risks and changes, and report to executives. Fluent English and PMP or similar certification are required.
