Ultra Web Operator - 3rd Shift

The Ultra Web Operator position at Donaldson is located in Frankfort, IN and requires working the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am) on‑site.

• Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process.
• Produce media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets.
• Perform quality checks and tests as assigned.
• Follow first piece and set‑up sheets, monitoring production rates.
• Complete all applicable paperwork—scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.
• Perform machine changeover.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use all designated personal protective equipment as required.

• Mechanical aptitude; ability to use gages, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures.
• Ability to use a computer and understand basic math principles.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35lb from a squat level, lift from floor to waist, lift to shoulder level to 60in at 35lb, horizontal lift and carry for 10ft, and lift up to 50lb with assistance.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years of trade school or qualified work experience.

Hourly rate: $26.59. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth. Benefits include health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time away, paid leaves (including paid paternal leave), and tuition reimbursement.
