Pharmaceutical Folder Technician
This family owned printing company is seeking a Pharmaceutical Folder Technician for their team. The key responsibilities:
Pharmaceutical folder technician skilled in the setup and operation of miniature folding equipment used in the production of inserts and outserts for packaging of prescription drug and medical device products.
Key skill set:
- Working knowledge in the set-up and operation of common equipment used in this industry including G&K Vijuk, H&H, Sigma and Pratham OEM manufacturers.
- Insert production from simple parallel folded inserts to complex inserts with multiple direction changes.
- Outsert RTA production from 40 panel to 238 panel formats on MV lines with 1,2 & 3 knife units.
Additional skills:
- Ability to train-up fellow staff members.
- Machine maintenance and repair.
