Forklift Operator
Position Summary:
Return Pro is looking for a team oriented, driven, and energetic Forklift Operator. The Forklift Operator provides support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics, and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the business.
Primary Responsibilities/
Essential Functions:

Operate forklift or other hand truck
Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
Perform cycle counts as required
Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped
Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
Transport merchandise from receiving dock or reserve slots to proper location in the warehouse
Maintain the proper replenishment in the computer, using a handheld device, when the pallet is put back in the rack Stack cases and rotate merchandise
Refill benches and fill pallet slots
Pull material/products to deliver to production lines
Move/Slot finished product from production to designated storage area
Pull finished product from storage and load on trailers
Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size and description Unload material/product from trailers
Identify safety hazards in the workplace
Consolidate partial pallets for incoming good Follows standard work methods
Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
Help identify cost/time-saving measures to increase production on the line Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent degree
Must be 18+ years old Valid Forklift license/certification2+ years of experience as a lift-truck operator in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Experience with RF warehouse management systems (preferred)
Operational knowledge in a WMS/Tasking environment
Technical Capacity Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong time management and project management skills
Demonstrated initiative
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve when faced with new challenges
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to succeed in a team environment
Physical &
Work Environment Requirements Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs.
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.
