LocationFrankfort, KY
ShiftsMonday - Friday 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm; 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm; 3rd shift 11:00pm - 7:30am
Pay Rate$17.00
We re seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you ll be responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring quality, mixing materials, and ensuring products meet production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you ll do:- Perform production machine setup and equipment checks.
- Operate, load, and unload production machinery.
- Read gauges and accurately record production and sample data.
- Lift, move, and handle raw materials and finished products manually or with equipment.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to production specifications.
- Perform production processes while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect products and identify or sort defective or abnormal materials.
- Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or maintenance concerns.
- Mark or tag products and materials for identification.
- Break down, clean, and maintain equipment and work areas.
- Maintain accuracy, precision, and attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must comply with client s background check and substance abuse policy.
- Must have High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of previous manufacturing experience required and training in Automotive setting
- Experience or training working with chemicals preferred.
- Excellent reading, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with chemicals and production equipment.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Temp to Hire position based upon work ethics and attendance
