SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Position Summary: CNC
- Complex Machine set up, tooling changes and changeovers
- Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to use computers
- Able to read blueprint or markers
- Enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes
- Accurate use of complex measurement tools
Complex parts and processes - A lot of Varying parts, fine detail, last step before finishing
- This role would also encompass the designated backup for the Production Leader II in the cell or department.
Position Requirements: CNC
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to recognize discrepancies and initiate resolution
- Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to use basic hand tools and small power equipment
- Able to assist in training employees
- 5‑S audits and daily cleaning
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred

- Full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting overhead up to 8 hours at a time.
