Expanding Operations for a Medical Device Manufacturer
A large medical device manufacturer needed to expand their plant production from 55 million units per year to 85 million units per year. To meet this aggressive goal, they needed to hire 60 skilled automation technicians within six months. Adding to the challenge, their internal recruiting team was not equipped to handle the scale of hiring required, and none of their existing staffing providers had expertise in recruiting the specialized roles needed for the expansion.
