CATK, the U.S. based subsidiary of CATL, is seeking multiple dedicated Production Supervisors to oversee our Kentucky manufacturing operations. You will ensure production runs smoothly, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, mentoring teams, implementing Lean and 5S, managing schedules, and maintaining records. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisor experience are preferred; some travel to other sites may be required.
