Material Handler
Join Kelly & Cummins as a Material Handler — $18/hr! Ready to power your next career move? Kelly, in partnership with Cummins, is hiring Material Handlers!
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity:
Start as a Material Handler and you could transition to a permanent role—with room for growth and advancement!
Schedules:
- First Shift: Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM (4×10 hr shifts)
- 8-Hour
Shifts:
Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM - Overtime available Fridays & Saturdays (flexibility required!)
What You'll Do:
- Load, unload, and move materials in the plant
- Operate sit-down forklifts (must have 1+ year recent experience)
- Hand-pick and handle materials (up to 30 lbs)
- Secure loads and follow work instructions
- Support warehouse and manufacturing operations
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift (PIV) experience
- Willingness to work overtime and do hands-on warehouse tasks
- Ability to work safely in a busy environment
