Position: 1ST SHIFT MATERIAL HANDLER

Job Description

1st Shift Material Handler

Monday thru Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Stand Up and Sit Down Forklift experience required to be considered for this position

Keep all in-process inventories at work centers at all times.

This includes safely delivering and opening materials.

Transport parts to and from plant to warehouse and or warehouse to plant as required.

Produce corrugated boxes for production use.

Take finished containers of parts from work cells and prepare them for stocking into finished goods.

Prepare barcodes for finished goods containers.

Maintain material handling equipment by completing forklift check-off sheet and completing operator repairs and preventative maintenance.

Completion of rubber and finished goods inventory and component inventory of coated materials.

Conducts weight counts for production.

Prepares coated inventory when work cell changeovers occur.

Other miscellaneous duties assigned as requested.
