- Directly manage 5 Area Managers, 12 Supervisors, and 2 Production Schedulers
- Drive operational excellence within a non-union manufacturing environment
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and efficiency
- BS in Engineering required
- Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Demonstrated P&L management experience
- Proven expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
