We are hiring Machine Operators for 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) in Frankfort, KY to set up and run conversion equipment, perform quality checks, and transport materials safely. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for full 8-hour shifts.
We offer competitive pay, a 2nd shift differential, full benefits (health, dental, 401k), and onsite forklift training.
Salary: $17.75 - $18 per hour

- Setup, operate, and inspect production machinery (slitters, die‑cutters, treaters, or curing lines).
- Perform quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished goods using precision measurement tools.
- Load and move rolls/materials using material handling equipment and forklifts.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following standard safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
