Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually.

Our client, an established injection molding manufacturer in Ashtabula County, is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead 2nd shift production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the injection molding process inside and out - from machine and mold setup to troubleshooting and driving shift performance.
What You'll Do- Supervise and support 2nd shift production staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met
- Oversee mold and machine set-ups, changeovers, and process adjustments
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, and process issues in real time to minimize downtime
- Monitor cycle times, scrap rates, and overall production quality
Train, coach, and develop machine operators and set-up technicians
Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized production floor
Communicate shift performance and handoff notes to plant leadership and the incoming shift What You Bring- 3+ years of experience in injection molding, including supervisory or lead experience (strong candidates with 2+ years will also be considered)
- Solid working knowledge of mold and machine set-up, process troubleshooting, and injection molding fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret process sheets, work instructions, and quality specs
- Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable managing a team on the floor
- Availability to work 2nd shift
