Now hiring for a Material Handler in Frankfort, KY. Pay rate is $17.75 – $22.00 per hour. Schedules available include 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, and various weekend shifts. Overtime is required.

Education requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing training is a plus.
Experience requirements:
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required; sit-down and stand-up forklift experience preferred. Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and material handling preferred. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or production experience strongly preferred.
Physical capabilities:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable operating forklifts and working around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following safety procedures. Must wear closed-toe shoes and required PPE.
Job duties:
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, store, and transport materials safely. Pick, pack, repack, label, stage, and prepare raw materials and finished goods for production and shipment. Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials and fulfill orders accurately. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation. Support shipping and receiving activities, including documentation, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipment processing.
Assist production teams with material replenishment, machine operator support, and assembly activities. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse through 5S activities and environmental initiatives. Follow all safety, quality, ISO, and company procedures while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
