Nestlé Purina invites applications for a Production Supervisor (Relief) at our Batavia, Ohio factory. You will lead frontline teams across multiple areas, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, and drive safety, quality and efficiency on diverse shifts.
Initial hours run 6 a.m.–2 p.m., then a floater schedule to cover day/night relief. You will mentor staff, uphold GMP standards, and optimize staffing to meet demand while controlling costs.
