Our team is currently seeking a Production Lead to work in our Processing Department. We focus on safety and quality orientated people who can demonstrate adaptability and willingness in a team orientated- fast paced work environment.

Work Schedule:

10pm - 6am Sunday night to Thursday (3rd shift variable based on assigned work)

Overtime is possible. Overtime will be either 4 hours before or after the regular shift.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• History of safe work practices.
• Prior experience in a production food manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards.
• Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score

• Starting Pay $31.57/hour

Job Overview:

The Processing Lead has responsibility for effective operation of food processing equipment and manages the Processing department in a manner necessary to meet or exceed quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards.

Responsibilities & Duties-

May include- but isn’t limited to:

• Follows all food safety requirements in collaboration with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and other plant resources.
• Leads and/or assists others in conducting investigations to determine the cause of defects.
• Monitors and is responsible for quality output and takes appropriate actions to ensure production is right the first time.
• Validates and ensures formulations are accurate and in conformance with process flow.
• Other duties as assigned
