Position Description
The Associate Minister will lead the team to help children of all ages develop spiritual maturity and walk faithfully in a relationship with God. He will ensure weekly planning, leading of classes, and organizing special events in cooperation with the overall ministries of Cornerstone Christian Church. This is a position of pastoral care that requires the fostering of relationships with youth and their families as well as the people who serve voluntarily in this ministry.
The Associate Minister will report bi-weekly to the Lead Minister and monthly to the Elders of the church.
