Responsibilities
The RN in Home Health provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician prescriptions and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the overall care plan with healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care by sharing information with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, and community resources—all within a Point of Care setting.
Education and Experience
License Requirements
- Current RN license in Kentucky
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit
