We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role provides direct nursing care, coordinates clinical services, and collaborates with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver exceptional, person-centered care in a specialized rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluation of individuals receiving care.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor changes in condition and promptly communicate significant findings to the appropriate providers.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality care.
- Educate individuals, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection prevention practices.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and person-centered environment.
- Mentor and support nursing assistants and other clinical staff as needed.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred if applicable).
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, behavioral health, or acute care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.

- Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced situations.

The Executive Director (ED) serves as the top leader at Neulife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II, responsible for the overall leadership, operations, performance, and health of the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and strong decision-making capabilities to drive innovation, organizational growth, and operational excellence. The ED ensures the delivery of high-quality clinical care while managing census, staffing, compliance, and fiscal performance.
They also oversee implementation of sales, marketing, and business-development strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Provide leadership for all departments and ensure operations align with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for persons served and their families.
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and corporate leadership.
- Lead the execution of the facility's strategic 2-year plan in partnership with the COO.
