Reserve Care is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care under a nurse's supervision. You will collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to support patients in home care and facility settings.
The position is full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week with a weekend requirement every third weekend. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, maintaining patient safety, charting visits, and participating in care conferences as needed.
