1). The role involves coordinating care, assessing patients, planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes for a group of patients undergoing hemodialysis.
You will work with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians to ensure safe, effective dialysis treatment, provide patient education, and participate in quality improvement activities.
