This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Veterinary Receptionist at our Frankfort, KY location. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and their pets, managing appointment scheduling, answering phones with professionalism, educating clients about services and procedures, and providing administrative support to the veterinary team. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Passion for working with animals
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a veterinary or pet‑related environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
