Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly to ensure timely meal service.;
Train inmates on Aramark recipes and proper cooking procedures, and direct use of recipes.;
Ensure adherence to HACCP policies and proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.;
Manage production and sanitation schedules; review daily population counts with staff.;
Assist in inventory processes, receiving, storing food items, and requisition orders as needed.
