Restaurant Manager, Server/Wait Staff

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.
A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
- Full-time and Part-time available
Compensation: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience

- Responsible for assisting the director team in all aspects of shift management
- Lead a positive working relationship and treat all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Hold yourself and your team members accountable to the restaurant policies and standards.
- Ability to open and close the restaurant while managing systems.
- Addresses guest issues that may arise using the HEARD model, and consults with your director regarding complex issues.
- Support and influence the restaurant’s overall operational and financial goals.
