Conduct regular department inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies;
Process damaged/defective and returned merchandise and obtain return authorizations from vendors;
Re-wrap sellable merchandise using proper seals and shrink-wrap packaging;
Maintain correct stock/inventory status for all items including damaged, defective, and returned merchandise;
Enter weekly front-door recoveries into the case management system and support department procedures
