- Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs
- Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades
- Present financing options and educate customers on products and services
- Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred
- Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical background a plus
- 1+ year experience in sales, preferably HVAC or home services.
- EPA Certified preferred
- NATE Certified preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customers’ schedules
- Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces
- Ability to work in attics and tight spaces
- Ability to work in a multitude of weather conditions
